How to renew your ChemPharma® membership
ChemPharma® membership does not automatically renew once the one-year membership term is up. You will have to manually renew your membership following the instructions below. You may renew your membership at any time. You should receive renewal reminders in your email prompting you to renew your membership before and after your membership expires.
Step 1: Hover over the “Members Only” button in the ChemPharma® site navigation bar.
Step 2: Click “Renew Membership.” Note: You must be logged into your ChemPharma® account in order to complete this step. If you are logging into this new website, you will have to reset your password first. Click forgot password.
Step 3: Fill out the form. During this time you can easily update certain information that we have on file for you, including your address and current occupation, simply by filling out those sections with your updated information. Note: The top of the page will display your new membership expiration date.
Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the page after completing the form to submit your payment. You can pay with PayPal by selecting “Paypal” or you can pay with your credit or debit card by clicking “Stripe”. Read and agree to our Privacy Policy and click the “Renew Your Membership” button to complete payment with your selected payment method on the next page.
If you selected Stripe/card payment, fill out your payment information on the next page and click “Submit” to submit your payment.
If you selected PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction once you click “Renew Your Membership”.
Step 5: A receipt confirming your renewal will be automatically sent to the email in your registration. Your membership term lasts for one year from your date of renewal. If you renew before your membership expires, your new expiration date is one year from your current membership expiration date.
