William H Ingram, BSCE is the founder and owner of WHICE SERVICES CO a
technical marketing consulting firm. William is the former USA Division Manager
of Capital Controls Group of Severn Trent Services of the UK, a world wide
supplier of Water and Waste Water Treatment Systems and Services. During his
years with CCG he restructured the distribution network then searched out and
hired the most qualified Regional Sales Managers within the Waste Water
Treatment industry. That synergistic effort resulted in repositioning the CCG from
the number three supplier to the number one supplier of Disinfection Treatment
Systems in a period of two years. Also as the technical liaison for the Severn Trent
M & A department he oversaw several new acquisitions to conclusion.
At WHICE SERVICES, William is currently working with Permastore Ltd of the
UK, the world wide leader of storage tank solutions. Focusing on North American
business development strategies, brand awareness and distribution restructuring.
William is a graduate of Temple University of Philadelphia, PA holding a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the American Water
Works Association and the Water Environment Federation for many years. He
currently has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the
Upper Montgomery Joint Authority of New Hanover in Eastern Pennsylvania, for
two years. U.M.J.A. is a regional Waste Water Treatment Plant serving the three
boroughs of East Greenville, Pennsburg and Red Hill in Montgomery County,
